Q: rescheduling notification

Hi

Could you explain why I receive quadruple notifications at 6-minute, 4-minute, 2-minute, and 1-minute intervals? The email contained duplicate content, but it appeared frequently in my inbox. It wasn't like that before. Did you change the system?

We haven’t made any recent changes to how rescheduling or reminder notifications are sent from TidyCal that would explain multiple emails being sent like that.

In many cases, when users experience duplicate or unusually frequent notifications, it turns out to be related to Gmail email forwarding rules.

If you’re using multiple calendar email addresses or have set up any forwarding or sync rules between accounts, that could be the reason for the duplicate emails showing up at different intervals.

We recommend checking your forwarding settings and calendar connections.
