Q: Is the tool sending any calls from my site to your platform?
Hi, the tool looks very nice but I have a question regarding the WP/woocommerce integration. How exactly is it working? Do we embed the templates through JS or they are added natively in WP ?
A: Yes, Tigsaw embeds the templates via a JS script, it’s not a native WordPress or WooCommerce plugin.
Your site loads the component by calling our platform through that script. This keeps things lightweight and allows for easy updates through the visual editor.
Hi, I have a question regarding the 50 website limit on the Tier 3 plan. Are the websites fixed once added, or can I remove a website and add a new one without permanently using up my quota? In other words, if I delete a website from my account, does that free up a slot so I can add another site, as long as I stay within the 50 active websites limit? Thank you for your clarification! Best regards
if this is added into zylvie, does it pop up with coundown timers above the "above the fold" or would the header still be below the featured "fold" image?
A: With Tigsaw, you have full control over placement. You can choose exactly where to insert any component, just hover over an element and select "Insert Before" or "Insert After" to place it anywhere on the page, including above the fold.
A: Yes! If you're on a paid Wix plan, you can add custom scripts, so Tigsaw will work just fine.
You can also use any language, including Traditional and Simplified Chinese, inside the components. However, our main website is currently only in English, so you may need to use Google Translate for navigation

If you delete a website or container, that slot becomes available again, so you can add a new one without any issue.
