Q: chatbot and open AI agent
Do you have plans for the chatbot to be able to connect with an open AI agent and take on its personality or combine it to enhance responses?

Thank you for reaching out.
We don't plan to connect with an OpenAI agent at this point, but we are working towards making our bots more agentic, allowing it to use tools that we and you define, talk with external systems and so on.
