great platform, Im wondering these things:
1. Is it whitelabel, if yes from what tier?
2. does it have omnichannel?
3. does it have live agent, if yes how would it work If I buy for an example tier 3, each client has a link for answering their own bot?

Thank you for the questions and compliments!

1. Yes, it's white label, well, mostly, at least that's the intent. You are allowed to change colors, remove Tiny Talk branding, customize bot profile picture. Only thing lacking is the customization of the widget launcher icon that appears at the bottom right corner. Which is planned to be introduced soon. I am guessing this is all you need, but let us know if you wish anything else?

2. Since "omni channel" is a bit of a umbrella term, I'll try to answer in best possible way. You can embed Tiny Talk on any website using an iframe or chat widget, it works both on mobile/desktop. You can integrate it with your own applications using our API. We support WhatsApp, while Slack and Zapier integrations are planned and we are excited to release them. We are currently working on chat/conversation history and human takeover capabilities as a Helpdesk feature.

3. If you mean by "live agent", possibility for human to takeover an ongoing conversation, yes that's an upcoming feature we are currently working on. In such case you'll be able to see a Helpdesk interface for each of your bots using the Tiny Talk Dashboard. If you have multiple people who should take over, then you can use a shared account for the time being and later we plan to offer team seats on a monthly basis. If I totally misunderstood your question, please clarify a little bit more and I'd be happy to assist.
