Q: Urgent Request for Support: WhatsApp Bot Issue & Pending Custom Link Request

I kindly request your attention and prompt response regarding the following matters:
1. As of today, Monday, June 2, 2025, at 13:00 (GMT+7), the chatbot via WhatsApp is not functioning. Customers have attempted to communicate through WhatsApp, but the bot has failed to respond. I sincerely request that you investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
2. I have submitted a request for a custom link via email, following my purchase of the product under TIER 7 (as confirmed in your chat). However, it has now been seven days, and I have not received any response. I kindly ask TinyTalk to follow up and reply to my email promptly.

We rolled out a change yesterday that introduced 20+ new AI models and we introduced a tiny bug while doing that, now all should be good. 🚀
