Q: "Removed Powered by" Watermark

Just wondering why it is that on Tiers 1 &2 the watermark remains..? It's not like one is using the tool for free or on a trial..It is a paid account (albeit on a lifetime deal)..

A: Hi GlobalDigitalMedia,

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this up.

You're absolutely right, you have purchased a paid license, and your expectation for a fully white-labeled experience is completely valid. We decided to reserve the "Remove Powered by" feature for Tier 3 users to reflect a deeper level of customization and branding control at that tier.

That said, we genuinely appreciate your point of view, and feedback like yours helps us improve. We're currently reviewing how we can better balance value across all license tiers, including possibly offering watermark removal as an optional add-on for lower tiers in the future.

hi Aminul,

Thanks. Yes indeed it is encouraging that you have acknowledged that you will look into this.
As you know the overwhelming majority of Appsumo users will mostly be those involved in the digital world as busines people, agencies etc. They are looking to buy and deploy tools that are white-labelled to them as service providers. I suggest you use the watermark for clients paying monthly

You're right that most AppSumo users expect white-label solutions, and it makes sense to reserve the watermark only for monthly-paying customers. I’ll definitely take this into account as we review our pricing and feature structure.

Appreciate your feedback and support!

I'm voting for this change as well - my use cases do not allow me to consider a product that retains it's branding.

We would be very grateful if you could put this in the feature request section. (https://bot.todvob.com/feature/feature-request)
