Slowest Tool I have Used in a Long Time and so much locked.
The wait for everything .. I mean everything is painful. Going from one option in the left hand menu to the next .. spinning wheel.. Also, too much is behind a paywall and you can not get away from it. Even the Topic Model (the most basic option).. 2/3 of the columns are just padlocks with upgrade to see more information. I really wanted this to be a good experience. The idea is great. The model and the tool just don't deliver.

Bad Experience, Poor Support, Didn`t Work as Expected
If you work with other languages than English and want to find questions for website - don`t waste your money. For example, I asked tool to find questions in French and France was selected as target country, and what i get as a result? Some questions in English.
In terms of support, it is slow. Yes, they notice you that you can wait for reply up to 72 hours, but I wrote to support on August 1, and to August 6 I got 1 reply of asking to share link to my question research to which I replied fast, on same day within hours and to this day there was no answer

GREAT RESEARCH TOOL
I don't often share my research secrets but this tool is amazing. With that, I was taken back by the monthly subscription in order to access key research abilities. I believe they will have a much larger following if they removed that for appsumo LTD users (we are paying you to be your beta testers and biggest fans, don't force us into your upsells). With that it is up to you whether you want this deal or not. If you "upgrade" to their subscription plan it is very much (an all in one tool) for general research at a fraction of the price of competitors, but only if you upgrade to their subscription plan. Otherwise, most of what they pull online can be pieced together with free tools available online. Again, great tool if you upgrade with them. They should really show love to their appsumo buyers and allow them to be automatically upgraded to their highest tier.
