A: So sorry for the delay—I thought I answered this earlier.

There are two options. One is the unlimited public knowledge bases: you can have all the knowledge in your account, and then each company gets a KB specific to them. You can port the knowledge out to each one. An article can be in all, one, or none of the public KBs.

The second option is where each client has their own account. You’d be publishing knowledge to each or using your login to access them individually. This setup is more robust and includes courses, org charts, and more. Each client would pay for their own account, and you'd get a cut.
