Q: Speed & Data Consistancy
Hello,
what is your plan to improve speed? I have been testing the app a little, currently I don't see myself using it because everything happens with delay, partly minutes delay, which is not feasible for me to use it.
I save a password, it doesn't show up in the browser extension. I also don't see it in the backend. After a while I see it in the backend, even alter I see it in the browser extension.
Small feature missing:
- Password generation history, super important to have a history of passwords generated.
- Can't edit folder names it seems (or can't figure out how to do it)
- Can't move items into folders after they have been created (or can't figure out how to do it)
Any plans on improving these things, if yes, how?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — your experience should absolutely be seamless, without delays or inconsistencies.
We’ve recently rolled out some new features, and in certain cases, these may have caused delays depending on the browser and version being used. The good news is: we’re already on top of it. A new update is in the works that will eliminate any irregular delays across all supported browser versions.
That said, we’d love to take a closer look on your end as well. Could you please share your browser and version details with our support team at support@transferchain.io? We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
As for your suggestions:
-Password generation history → Great suggestion. We’ve passed it along to the product team and already marked it for our roadmap.
-Editing folder names → We’re currently redesigning the folder system, and folder name editing will definitely be part of it.
-Moving items into folders → You can already do this via the “Copy to” option when viewing a password. We agree it could be more intuitive, and that’s also something we’re improving.
