Q: Why some users can access the application & others cannot using password sharing & access through TransChain

I have given access of my multiple Apps to my 4 VAs through TransferChain. Some can access a few of the Apps but others don't. As soon as they launch the app, App login page opens up & requires routine login, email & password. In email / password windows it does show the TransferChain logo but doesn't populate email or password. As soon as we enter email manually it required App password too. TransferChain opens a dropdown window stating "Relevant Items" and underneath states "Didn't match any items".
Why it's not performing uniformly & reliably despite the fact all accounts & access were granted on same pattern at the same time. There definitely seems to be a bug & it seems TransferChain is not ready to function reliably. I would love to be corrected & update my remarks if the issues are resolved. Ther are no Videos or Tutorial either
