Overall, the app works quite well as long as the plugin stays connected. However, when it doesn’t (as it happened to me today), I’m unable to generate new passwords or save new credentials automatically, which can be frustrating.

At the moment, it seems there’s no direct customer support available within the user portal. The chatbot is only accessible from the main website before logging in, and even then, it mainly collects details rather than offering real assistance.

I also tried clearing my cache to fix the plugin connection, but that led to another challenge when logging in again, I was asked to re-enter all the transferchain_recovery_phrases. It would be great to have a more convenient recovery method, such as integration with Microsoft Authenticator or something similar.

To improve the user experience, it would be helpful to make the chatbot available and more helpful while logged in, and to work on improving the stability of the plugin connection.

Managing passwords used to be difficult, but now they are organized in folders, making them easier to track.

Sharing passwords was also a mess. I used methods like WhatsApp and Excel, making it hard to track who had access to which passwords.

The most critical factor was the visibility of passwords. When employees or freelancers left, I had to update their passwords and was uncertain if they had shared or misused them. Now, I share passwords securely, ensuring they can’t be seen, copied, or misused. It's completely safe.

I’ve also noticed that the founders are very welcoming of new ideas and are very responsive. I have many ideas and suggestions, and they're considering many of them and adding them to their roadmap. Thanks to AS for selecting such a company and founder. 🙏

It is an excellent application that inspires confidence with its password storage system, and its Chrome add-in works very well. I have two concerns. First, I haven’t been able to create another user to utilize the additional licenses, as the default setup creates a user for the storage drive. Second, when logging into a new device, it allows me to create a new storage and delete the current one. If someone were to steal my password, they could easily erase my previous passwords instead of simply denying access without the passphrase. I plan to upgrade from tier 1 to tier 2 in the coming days.

I recently connected with the support team regarding a feature request and was impressed by their responsiveness and clarity. They provided a concise overview of the product and shared an expected timeline, which gave me confidence in their roadmap and commitment.

What really stands out about this platform is the exceptional focus on security. The implementation of blockchain-based protocols and the ability to enforce granular control settings are features typically found only in premium enterprise-level solutions. Platforms like NordPass or LastPass offer similar capabilities, but often at a significantly higher annual cost.

One of the most valuable aspects of this solution is that even Tier 2 plans include advanced features like domain and IP restrictions, adding an additional layer of protection without the heavy price tag.
