I hate to blow the perfect score but...

Overall, the app works quite well as long as the plugin stays connected. However, when it doesn’t (as it happened to me today), I’m unable to generate new passwords or save new credentials automatically, which can be frustrating.

At the moment, it seems there’s no direct customer support available within the user portal. The chatbot is only accessible from the main website before logging in, and even then, it mainly collects details rather than offering real assistance.

I also tried clearing my cache to fix the plugin connection, but that led to another challenge when logging in again, I was asked to re-enter all the transferchain_recovery_phrases. It would be great to have a more convenient recovery method, such as integration with Microsoft Authenticator or something similar.

To improve the user experience, it would be helpful to make the chatbot available and more helpful while logged in, and to work on improving the stability of the plugin connection.

You're absolutely right about the frustration around being unable to generate or save new credentials. In fact, literally yesterday (July 15th), we released a new version of our browser extension that included several updates—like the ability to view item details and improved auto-password suggestions. Unfortunately, that release came with a small error that affected some core functions. Our QA team and a few users flagged it early, and within about 4 hours, we issued a patched update. (Chrome Web Store’s review process adds another 1–2 hours of delay, unfortunately.)

It seems you were caught right in that unfortunate window, and we’re truly sorry you had that experience.

Regarding support: we actually do offer live chat support (via Intercom). As you mentioned, it’s accessible on our website before login, but Admin users also have access to it directly inside their Admin Panel. Additionally, we provide direct email support through transferchain.io/supportmail. On top of the weekdays, our team is also active over the weekends, though timezone differences may slightly affect response times. And just to add a fun fact—our support team that chats with our users through our support is literally sitting right across me in the office ☺️

As for the recovery phrase situation after clearing your cache: that’s tied to how we handle your private key. When you log in for the first time, we securely store your recovery phrase (your private key) in an encrypted form within your browser's database. If you clear your cookies/cache, that encrypted key is deleted—hence why you're prompted to re-enter it. Since all private key operations are performed locally on your device—and we never store or access any of that data—only you can authorize yourself directly through the blockchain. In short, we always prioritize our users' security.
