Just purchased and am having issues
I've heard great things about this tool, from Jim Feldman but am a bit frustrated with it from the start. In trying to upload two tracks for my show, I was not able to get the transcription for editing. Then I got an error message. Then, when I tried to hear what it did, there was silence.
I'm not going to give up trying to make this work, but some sort of opening tutorial would be very helpful, along with what to do if these issues happen. Thank you. I'll upgrade my rating if I can get it to work.
Back again. Well I've still not gotten it to upload a podcast episode that's 40 minutes in length with two tracks. I've just asked for a refund and would appreciate your help. Thank you.

It sounds like there may have been an issue with the upload or transcription process. Trebble currently supports single-track files, so if your file had multiple tracks or a less common format, that could have caused the problem — but we’d love to take a closer look and help troubleshoot.
You're absolutely right that a simple onboarding guide or troubleshooting steps would be helpful, and that’s something we’re actively working on improving. Your feedback helps us prioritize that.
