Q: Hello, Hi, we currently use Inspectlet for session recordings and are evaluating your product with it's highest tier via the Appsumo deal.
Had a couple of questions.
1. We have multiple e-commerce stores, can we use the same product on multiple sites for the same deal.
2. Are we able to see all the data entered by the user on the checkout pages, including payment details? We need this to assist with customer service issues.
3. Can we set up reports and save recording filters so that we can have a saved report with saved filters, so if we just want to watch visitors that visited the cart page or checkout pages we don't have to re-run the report every time?
4. Is there a recording time limit?
5. IS there a place where we can see all the recording filers available, ie. IP address, customer clicked, customer entered etc.? Sometimes we need to do a search of recording and may need to search what a customer entered like an email address, phone number, name, etc.

2- By default, TruConversion records/show all keystroke data on input but if you need to suppress personal information contained in your page input fields. See this article: https://help.truconversion.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-for-recordings/
3- Right now we do not have option to save filter. But user can filter out repot on visited pages URL with few clicks.
4- There is no max limit. We record complete visitor recording.
5- We have filter on reporting on each tool reporting including recording like IP address, browser. Right now we do not have filter on input data.
