Do you have the functionality to create webhooks? Like if a new row is created or field updated a webhook is triggered to send the data? If webhooks don't exist is this on the roadmap? I see others on appsumo have also asked about webhooks and this is very important to me.
A: While Twidget doesn’t use traditional webhooks, the platform gives you full control to run custom logic before and after any database operation. You can define reusable functions that act like pre- or post-triggers whenever a record is created, updated, or deleted.
Q: Are the database tables limited to 7 columns max?
As I see a table can have only 7 columns, from which two (_id and created_at) are populated by default and cannot be deleted. So basically there can be only 5 custom columns added, then the + button disappears.
Is it really limited to only 5 custom columns per database table or is it some GUI bug?
Thanks, then it is indeed an user error. I've never noticed that there is a scroll bar at the bottom of the page. I've found it now and it is working as intended.
Q: Several questions
Hi I’m new to automation and don’t code, but I want to know if Twidget can do what Pabbly Connect does, using APIs for each step. Here’s what I want to automate:
Start by sending a request to ChatGPT API to create a group of prompts based on my input.
Send those prompts to a Google Sheet using API.
Have Twidget read each prompt from the Google Sheet and send each one by API to an AI image generator.
Get the generated image links and put them back in the Google Sheet via API.
Send those image links by API to an image-to-video platform, to turn them into videos.
Save the video links back to the Google Sheet via API.
Can Twidget also automate sending email newsletters using sendfox?
Can all this be set up with Twidget’s no-code tools, just like Pabbly Connect? Are there any limits or extra costs for using APIs? Thanks!
Thanks. Any discount to AppSumo users? I’m considering another Tier 3 for more events, workspaces, etc. We will be able to increase those as well? I’d rather give you guys money than to add more deals… Thanks
Q: Database storage per Wordspace ?
Is the Database storage per workspace or do all workspaces share the listed database storage?
I was looking at Tier 3 - All features above included - 5 workspaces - 2 GB database storage So if I understand you correctly then 5 workspaces would be limited to 2 GB DB Storage. So the higher you go in the tier the less space you have for each db. I am sorry but I am out, thank you for the clarification. If it was 2GB DB space for each Workspace, that would have sealed the deal for me.

Jun 5, 2025A: Twidget can complete all of those tasks as long they involve communication via an API.
Twidget can also send emails.

Q: More Database Space?
I’m excited to get started with Tier 3, 2GB database.
While the feature set is “unlimited”, Twidget is limited by the size of the database.
How do we get more database space as needed, and is it discounted for AS users? (I checked in the control panel and didn’t see any options.)
Thanks

Tier 3 provides 2 GB vs 1 GB on tier 2. Its up to you how much database storage you use per workspace.
