Q: The Transcription minutes per month 1,200 means its will renew again to 1200 again?
1. is it will renew back to 1200 minutes on every month?
2. If this month i only used 200 minutes, will the balance 1000 minutes bring forward to next month? means next month will become 1200 + 1000 = 2200 minutes?
3. This is Lifetime Access to the same plan right? Example if i bought License Tier 2, then it will maintain License Tier 2 forever, correct?

Jun 26, 2025A: 1. Yes, the 1,200 transcription minutes reset every month on the day you activated your license. For example, if you activated Tier 2 on June 26, your minutes will reset to 1,200 again on July 26.
2. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. So if you only used 200 minutes this month, next month you will still get 1,200 minutes, not 2,200.
3. Yes, this is a lifetime deal. If you purchase License Tier 2, you will stay on Tier 2 forever with just a one-time payment. There’s no need for monthly or yearly subscription payments like regular plans.
