So far able to accurately capture basic sanskrit words, at least based on tests I've done. It'll write them without diacritics. Will continue testing, but so far a clear winner!

Bought the tier one deal and set about uploading documents I had. As I came up with ideas, I pressed the feedback button sent them off. In the morning I had a reply. The product is very solid and with a few of the upcoming upgrades this will be a standout product. Happy to be a customer.

I've tried a lot of transcription software already, but this one is the best! It transcribes accurately even in Taglish, and almost all the words are spelled correctly. I'm very impressed.

Yes, the speaker identification might load a while, but that’s okay. I trust you will find a way to speed up the loading process while still maintaining accuracy.

Suggestions:
- Add a video feature where you can watch the video recording on the side, similar to what Rev has. I find this helpful.
- Like Rev, for minor editing (since the transcription is already accurate), when I click on a word, I’d like the recording to jump back to that point. This would make it easier to review and edit the transcription. I hope you understand!

I just needed a short radio recording transcribed and went to Otter.ai but it wanted me to subscribe again, I had the pro subscription in the past and it wanted me upgrade. They do have a free service limited to 30 minutes. However, I really don't want to be mucked about, I just need an easy to access transcription service and with a one time payment this did a very fast and accurate job. For the price I cannot complain! The summary and the mind map feature is both interesting and useful too.
