Very accurate! Even in Taglish!! Plus, the speaker identification - so great!

I've tried a lot of transcription software already, but this one is the best! It transcribes accurately even in Taglish, and almost all the words are spelled correctly. I'm very impressed.
Yes, the speaker identification might load a while, but that’s okay. I trust you will find a way to speed up the loading process while still maintaining accuracy.
Suggestions:
- Add a video feature where you can watch the video recording on the side, similar to what Rev has. I find this helpful.
- Like Rev, for minor editing (since the transcription is already accurate), when I click on a word, I’d like the recording to jump back to that point. This would make it easier to review and edit the transcription. I hope you understand!
Overall, this is too good!! 🙌

Regarding your suggestions:
1. Video Playback Support – While we do support video uploads, playback is currently audio-only. At this time, we’re not planning to add in-app video playback, but we truly appreciate the suggestion.
2. Click-to-Play by Word – Great news! We’re actively working on word-level playback. Very soon, you’ll be able to click on any word and have the audio jump to that exact point, making review and editing even easier.
