We have deployed a major update yesterday for AppSumo Tier 3 and other updates.
Regarding access to the models, the task is in progress status. Team was fully busy on the Tier 3 release until yesterday.
Now, we will work on the pending reported issues. Hopefully, it will be sorted out by tomorrow if not today.
Regarding credit rollover, can you share your email to support@unmixr.com ?
