Q: hi cant we even upload our own sound effects to put in voice studio ?
for tier 2 ?
and for tier 3 we have to pay to just upload our own sound effect ?

Tier 2 - no upload sound effects. You can use the system uploaded sound effects.
Tier 3 - We just limited number of uploads to control the misuse. You can purchase additional upload limit.
