We have 100K GPT-4 words in Tier 2 right now.
Yes, we have already implemented addons but not released yet due to some decision matter. We will launch Tier 3 soon, Addons will be available soon but which tiers - we will announce once we finalized.
We have voice cloning in our roadmap and we are working on that. Regarding text to video/animation - we have a plan to launch a new product only focusing on videos just to keep it focused because this product already have so much in the roadmap.
Regarding - "and could you add some type of workflow to create marketing personas ?" - I will discuss it with my team if it is something we can add it to the roadmap.

the image animation, not so much video
it just adds animation to a picture, adds a depth map
as in leiapix.com
so no video editing needed.
if not this app, maybe in your other app
will you bring that to appsumo too ?
