Q: SSML & Co
I'm really excited about many of the features in Unmixr TTS - it's close to being perfect, but to make the system truly useful, I'd love to see these three features:
SSML in Text: It would be super helpful if we could include voice, locale, speed, etc., directly in the text using something like SSML. This way, we could prepare texts in other apps and import them with these attributes.
Multi-Language in Pronunciation Editor: It would be awesome if the pronunciation editor allowed us to specify certain words to be spoken in English while the rest of the text is in another language. Providing voice, locale, speed, etc. there would be very helpful.
I've read that an API is planned? Is there an update? Will it support changing voices, locales, etc., within a text? How many characters will be allowed per request?

Thanks for your nice feedback.
SSML in Text: Current you can do it with inline editing options. To do that you need to select text and then apply styling.
Regarding the SSML editing in text or instead of visual editing - this is something priority based on user feedback. We will release it soon.

Multi-Language in Pronunciation Editor: We have pronounciation library. Did you check that? Can you elaborate the requirement a bit more?
I've read that an API is planned? Yes, API will be released very soon (planned for end of April 2025). The offering will be announced as soon as it is available.
