Pretty poor quality
It's really quite poor. The available voices (which is not many of them) are unable to deal with pretty simple words - 'clinician' shouldn't be an issue. The accents didn't work reliably. The interface itself is clunky and difficult to navigate. I've requested a refund as the output is not good enough to use for – well – anything.

Which Tier are you? Also, which language you tried do matter as well. We have plethora of high quality multilingual, express and persona voices in our platform but not all voices are available in all plan.
