Q: Few Quick Questions

Few quick questions...
1. would it be possible to add additional paid subscribers to the a workspace later on as needed? would i lose the lifetime codes from Appsumo if I did that? for example, lets say i use the 3 lifetime activations in a workspace from an appsumo code. Then I want to add a new team member later on in a few months, would i just be able to add an additional user with a paid subscription? without losing the lifetime licenses?
2. curious about advanced permissions that are in the pipeline, what current members are able to do, and how i can configure this for my team... also wanted to run a use case I had in mind by you. Let me know if it's possible to set up a quick chat at your convenience.

Jan 21, 2025A: 1. Yes, you can pay per subscription for additional users. For example, if you have 3 lifetime seats and you invite 2 more members, exceeding the lifetime seats allowed, your workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan. If you decide to upgrade the workspace, only those 2 additional members will incur subscription charges.
Later, if you remove those 2 members, bringing the total number of members back within your lifetime seat limit, there will be no further charges.
2. Members are unable to access the Workspace Settings section, even though they have permissions similar to admins within a list. Due to our limited resources and large user base, we cannot schedule one-on-one sessions at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
