Great start to a task management tool
I'm impressed with the ease of use of Upbase. I find its dashboard easy to navigate and I like that it's not trying to do "all the things" like some task management platforms these days. Doing one thing really well is key.
The Schedule tool works great so you can move around the tasks in a calendar type view (like Google calendar). Having Chat is a bonus too and cuts out the need for that tool. It has some improvements to go with foundation features I think to match that of other competitors of task and project management (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), but some are on the roadmap. Like duplicating a project (as no template feature is available yet), adding/inviting the team to the Folder of lists (can be time-consuming adding a new team member to A LOT of projects one by one), Zapier integrations and other tools to really make this little software magic. And refining the Guest when using it to invite a client needs a little more work to restrict/adjust their view. Just hope the roadmap doesn't take a long time and the developer invests the Appsumo returns back into the tool to make these all happen. I am hoping in time I can go to 5 Tacos. Right now I am giving it a 4. But Upbase is a fantastic tool for your tech stack.
