IMPOSSIBLE TO USE WITHOUT CSV TASKS IMPORT.

- Now in 2025 after almost 3 years without being able to import a single csv sheet(full of tasks) makes a migration to Upbase totally impossible. csv imports it's essential for multiple utilities like bringing high curated lists from other Ai or just importing lists from other programs to migrate.
- No custom field mapping to export csv correctly (vital for post analysis ''what can't be measured can't be improved'').

· USER EXPERIENCE:
- Excessive latency (up to 3/clicks to wait for response)
- Not possible to create recurring annual events, only ''tasks'' that then appear duplicated in Google Calendar and iCal (previously synchronized).
- Subtasks should be placed directly above and as close as possible to the name of the main task and not have to scroll so far down again and again when editing a task. Example: The app called ''Tasks'' exclusive for ios makes it very agile and comfortable.
- Subtasks are not possible to export with each main task.
- In monthly view by clicking to move to the next month, the characters are not fixed so you can easily lose the order and go back to ''Today'' In Google calendar this does not happen.

Don’t buy Upbase for your small business, or you’ll have to do everything manually. After talking to them, they said they don’t want to implement the CSV import feature, so if you use a good agent like Gemini or Grok to create an annual base task plan, you’ll never be able to import it into Upbase. I missed the refund window and lost my money; otherwise, I would just give it away.
