No customer support
Purchased over 100 seats—ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I can’t build my business on this platform. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest so much money and not receive any assistance when issues arise. Without proper support, it’s nearly impossible to troubleshoot problems or get timely answers, which is critical for maintaining smooth operations. I expected a much higher level of service given the investment, but so far, I’ve been left completely on my own. If this doesn’t improve soon, I’ll have to reconsider my options and possibly switch to a more reliable provider that values their customers and offers real support.
