Upbase: lightweight and intuitive - has everything I need and nothing I don't
Upbase is really impressive:
It has (almost) everything I need and nothing I don't.
Task reminders and Google Calendar integration would be the only useful additions for me.
Especially useful for me is the possibility to keep a daily personal diary and that there is the possibility to create a template here. Also, being able to use the markup language I already know from Notion is a big plus.
Minimal weakness is the selection of time and date for the tasks - this sometimes runs a bit hacky, especially when I want to change a date.
All in all: The most intuitive project management tool I've used so far, and even if the minimalist approach is praised more often, it's still very feature-rich. I also see this as Upbase's greatest strength: Although it's streamlined and intuitive, it has everything I need.
For me clearly 5 tacos and next to Quickpage and Meetfox my best purchase so far on APPSUMO. I hope Upbase keeps its lightweight nature as it continues to develop and, most importantly of course, that it can establish itself in the market. It certainly has what it takes.
