Q: What's a Client

Is a client a single user or an organization. Example if I sell to a corporate client and they have 20 users.

Q: clients

pls correct me if I am wrong, but I sell 15 courses, to 15 clients, then what? how long are they clients for? some people buy courses and expect to come back year later.

Q: Multi accounts, Comms: forums, chats, group chat, DMs, embedings: KB's or Chatbots? Actual LMS & Community features

Any coach to student comms or only email?

Is there SSO sign-in to facilitate multi accounts under our subdomain/s branded site? Or, can we buy & facilitate 1 code per teacher for multi-coaches on our Cname/WAAS?

Can we buy Add-Ons (monthly etc) for features NOT on Sumo offering: forum, meetings, video/audio calls, schedule meetings?

Can we add scripts: knowledge base, chat bots?

What are "Meetings"? 1 on 1 sessions?

Can students chat: in courses or cohort location - etc?

What are the actual LMS & Community features?

Still trying to get team to go for UpCoach. Not sure about meetings, conf-calls, webinars/events, chats, forums etc & communication features - all are pretty much essential for any "Coaching" system.

Are these accomplished via the list of integrative apps on the list, or later on roadmap?

Toss me a bone peeps. Thx :)

- Each branded subdomain (CNAME) needs a separate account — multi-account (WAAS) setups aren't supported at this time.
- All features listed in the AppSumo plans are included. No gated features, but some usage limits apply (see pricing table).
- Custom scripts (e.g., KBs or chatbots) aren’t supported.

Q: Ive watched all of your YT videos. And ... What do you suggest for scheudling & video coachng sesisons ... and ...

I'm trying to sell this to the team AS-IS being called a coaching platform. But you don't have any scheduling features or integrations for that (a big deal in coaching, right?). And you don't have video features or integrations for such built in ... another coaching element that's very much needed - BOTH are really. So, is this really a coaching platform, or just using the word coaching to sell courses? Ergo just another course's platform? I trust this doesn't upset anyone, but I'm really trying here, and they may have a point. The team thinks I'm trying to force a round peg into a square hole. Help me out here lol :)
