Do you mean you cannot edit your PDF in UPDF program?
First of all, you need to drag and drop your PDF file into the desktop software. Only the desktop app supports editing text and images in PDF.
Secondly, you need to confirm whether your PDF is scanned or image-based(Try to use your mouse click and check if you can select the text). If text is not selectable, then you need to run OCR first to extract text from the image. Otherwise, you cannot edit it directly.
