Q: no windows explorer thumbnail?
Hi
You mentioned the windows explorer thumbnail preview was released over the weekend.
I reached out to support to find out how to enable it, as it wasn't working even after I downloaded the latest version.
The reply was,
"At this time, we do not support this feature. However, I want to assure you that we are evaluating the support for this feature as soon as possible.".
May I know what the situation is, pls? What's the preview feature you were referring to?

Jun 26, 2025A: Hello, sorry for the misunderstanding. We now support windows explorer preview pane (I mean preview the whole document), but do not support thumbnail preview. Because I cannot enclose screenshot here, I asked our support team to find out your email, if they can find your email address, they will send you the screenshots. Thank you!
