Q: cant redeem after registration
it lacks redeem after a user already signed up, also i saw that the chat was not active since 2024, now how i can redeem my appsumo code, and i tried to delete my account did not work also.

We’ve made improvements based on your feedback. You can now redeem your AppSumo code even after registration, so there is no longer any limitation if you missed it during sign-up.
The issue with the live chat has also been resolved. Support is fully active and available through the dashboard.
As for your account, your code has already been manually redeemed, and your access is now fully active.
