A: VanChat is continuously updated, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every Shopify theme store. However, if you install VanChat and it turns out to be incompatible with your theme, our engineers will help resolve the compatibility issues for you.

Hey Lucas, thanks for your reply & your understanding is correct. For adding Name & Email, it's for basic data for remarketing purposes. And if possible, it can have auto-tagging for more targeted remarketing ads.
And regarding why I'm doing that? We are currently using Quizzes (Product Recommendation Quizzes) to collect "zero-party data" from customers & can create tags according to customer responses (for email marketing). As VanChat can do the same via a chat interface, so it will be nice if we can auto-tag it according to customer feedback. (Virtually, it's a more conversational way to conduct a quiz)
