Q: Shopify Flow

At a glance, very good product! And my question is, do VanChat support Shopify Flow?

The idea is: based on the conversation, creating Tags and show in Shopify Dashboard>Customer.

A: You mean automatically tagging shoppers who have conversations with VanChat and syncing those tags to the Shopify dashboard, right? Could you tell me why you’d like to do this?

Hey Lucas, thanks for your reply & your understanding is correct.
For adding Name & Email, it's for basic data for remarketing purposes.
And if possible, it can have auto-tagging for more targeted remarketing ads.

And regarding why I'm doing that? We are currently using Quizzes (Product Recommendation Quizzes) to collect "zero-party data" from customers & can create tags according to customer responses (for email marketing). As VanChat can do the same via a chat interface, so it will be nice if we can auto-tag it according to customer feedback. (Virtually, it's a more conversational way to conduct a quiz)

I see. Could you tell me what kind of tags you’d like VanChat to assign to the contacts?
Could you give a few examples?
