A feature to track new changes on a website. . It would keep the bot up-to-date with the latest business changes would improve its effectiveness. Eg: a click on button that checks the site for new any new posts or content changes.

1) What if a person wants to chat with a human? Looks like there's no option, etc. 2) Once you get leads, then what? Videos don't show anything 3) I use Shopify.
