Q: Limits and account locking
Hello, another question after watching Dave Swift's video, where his entire account got locked after reaching the AI token limits. So not just submitting more AI queries but everything including the website, CRM, emails, helpdesk, etc appear to be not available if you hit your AI token limit?
What if other things hit their limits? Contacts, CRM, messages, etc. Does this also lock us out? I can see this being a significant problem especially if I all one's proverbial eggs are in the one venturz basket. Will this be changed?
Also querying where the company is based - in one part of the appsumo deal page the headquarters is noted as Middleton, Delaware, but the new interface verified by persona says India?

We're already working on ensuring that hitting a limit (like AI tokens) doesn't block access to unrelated features like your website, CRM, or helpdesk. In the meantime, if you do run into this temporarily, we're happy to top up your token credits so your work isn’t disrupted.
