All-in-one tools usually fall short, especially when it comes to email. Most make Gmail integration painful and require clunky app passwords. This one is different.

It uses Amazon SES, and I absolutely love that. It’s seamless, reliable, and just works. I tested it first using their default sender, then quickly switched to my own domain. Setup through Cloudflare was a breeze. Just make sure not to use the proxy setting. Personally, I always recommend Cloudflare—it’s free and it’s the gold standard.

The inbox is slick and easy to use.

Now for the rest. The page builder is basic. The community feature is solid. I don’t see this ever becoming a serious player in the social posting space, especially with better tools launching constantly on AppSumo. There are bugs too. For example, sending an email directly from a contact doesn’t always show in the outbound history.

So why five stars?

Because Venturz has real potential. The foundation is strong and the email implementation is better than most. If the team delivers weekly updates, fixes bugs quickly, and keeps improving, they can absolutely earn ongoing five-star support.

If not, I’ll adjust my rating. I won’t hype software that’s only 70 percent ready. But for now, the smart implementation earns this review.
