Q: API status? Webhooks?
I saw in an earlier response that the API was due in May. The changelog on your website does not show anything since April. Can you confirm the status of the API and what capabilities it's open for? Are there webhooks to get or post contacts between CRMs or generate dynamic links to customers from a CRM?

I don't think I mentioned an API but certainly webhook.
For now, there is a feature that allows you to retrieve your participants' information once the video testimonial has been published. All you have to do is set up a redirect page, and we'll pass the parameters in the url.
It helps compensate for the lack of webhooks for now, since we've been busy working on the widgets.
We're also working on a feature that lets you pass your contacts' settings into the url so that when they click, they don't have to fill in their information again.
