Q: Is this maybe a scam?
Can you please elaborate on this point from your terms of use. What exactly does this mean? Will you copy the video content from our YouTube channels and use it for your own purposes? I don't want to give you the rights to my video content at any time!
3.2 User Content : By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you provide in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant such a license.

VidTechy is not a scam. We’ve been building this tool since 2020 and are trusted by thousands of users, including agencies and creators. Regarding the terms of use, the clause you mentioned is standard legal language used by most platforms to allow us to display or process the content you submit while using the service (like your video titles, descriptions, tags, etc.) — strictly for the purpose of delivering the features within the tool.
We do not own your content, and we will never use, copy, or redistribute your videos for our own purposes or any commercial gain. Your YouTube content stays fully yours, and VidTechy does not access or store your videos outside of what’s necessary for analysis within your account.
This clause simply gives us permission to technically process your content (like generating SEO suggestions) — not to take ownership or use it beyond that.
We’ve also updated our Terms of Use page to clearly reflect this, so everything is transparent.
