A: Try inputting all 3 codes. After you register, you can click your name in the top right corner then "Redeem Codes" to add your other codes.

Question 2: If I have the setup for the 5 sites with 50,000 pageviews (if it's all combined) then what happens to the sites when it reaches 50,000?
