Explain this clearly (Plan 4): 50,000 pageviews per month

Here's what I'm getting at:

Site 1: has 15,000 page views per month
Site 2: has 55,000 page views per month
Site 3: has 10,000 page views per month
Site 4: has 10,000 page views per month
Site 5: has 100,000 page views per month

Question 1: Is this 50,000 pageviews per month per site or a TOTAL amount of pageviews for all sites?

Question 2: If I have the setup for the 5 sites with 50,000 pageviews (if it's all combined) then what happens to the sites when it reaches 50,000?

Question 3: what is the monthly charge for getting more pageviews?
