I love the customer journey and user tracking as well as the conversation feature. The custom segments feature is great too. It took only 5 minutes to get set up. I’m happy with my purchase.

The only things I still wish for:
1. a funnel consisting of page visit steps and then an event (form submit)
2. a breakdown by parameter (I have a /checkout page with ?product= parameter)
3. a way to share or embed a basic pageview chart (for my media kit as a blogge)
