Impressive So Far....

I am going to give Visitor Tracking 5 stars for now. I purchased Tier 1 and here's what I like after initial testing....

- Well-designed and developed UI and UX. The UI is simple and intuitive. Curran's video helped give an overview of what to expect upon first contact. However, I believe anyone can access the platform and enjoy a smooth experience without watching the video.
- Accuracy. So far, I tested VT using a VPN on side-by-side windows - the VT dashboard on the left and my website on the right. I clicked around. The latency for my interactions was minimal. VT reported everything, nearly in realtime.
- Scrolling analytics. VT monitors a visitor's scrolling depth. I have a blog with lengthy posts. VT reported a percentage of how far I scrolled down each post and page. This will come in real handy to report to my post authors. The latency for scroll depth takes a little longer to record. However, it shouldn't be an issue since I was monitoring my visit in realtime.
- Data storage. I appreciate that VT uses Localstorage over cookies. Localstorage can retain a lot more data per session than cookies and I believe has zero expiration methods. I maybe wrong about this, but it would make sense to use it since a VT can pick up revisits.
- Assigning names. If VT cannot detect a visitor's name, it assigns a random name. While this is great for tracking, I'd like to have the ability to edit the random name. Wouldn't it be great to somehow, someday have VT update CRM contact data by using the name variable as a trigger?

That's it for now. If you're on the fence about purchasing this deal, I'd go ahead and try it out. I am sure that you'll like what you see. So far, so good!
