The reporting system is a standout feature. Being able to assign client emails to their respective projects is incredibly useful. Clients appreciate the transparency, and it has absolutely helped us close new deals and stay ahead of competitors.

One feature I wish it had is the ability to identify visitor names, like some other SaaS platforms do—but that's not available (yet).

Also, the Event Conversion tracking works on some hosting setups but not all. It’s not perfect, though a workaround can usually be applied.
