A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not have that feature; you can view all chats if they are public. However, if you enable private chat, you will not be able to see the private conversations between participants.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. You may not have checked the welcome email sent to you. Four YouTube how-to video links were included. The fourth one shows you how to schedule a webinar. When you log into the portal, you will see the "Webinar" button at the top bar; that is where you start. Please watch the how-to videos on our YouTube channel.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. As stated in the product description, not all plans include the recording feature. The recording is available in Tiers 4 to 7. When you subscribe to a free trial, you are automatically subscribed. to the Plus plan (Tier 5), which allows users toence most of the features. If you purchase any plan lower than Tier 4, you will not see the record button when it converts...

Q: Vivomeetings for teams

Hello,
I am thinking about equipping a small team with Vivomeetings and I want to verify my understanding. If I want one of my team members to have administrative capabilities that allow him to set up webinars with event registration and handle live streaming logistics but the other 3 team members only need custom branding functionality and the ability to have local dial in numbers, am I correct in assuming that I would need to purchase 7 codes for the administrative user and another 4 codes for each additional team member for a total of 19 codes (7 codes x 1 + 4 codes x 3 = 19)?

If so, how would I do that given that the the cart maxes out at 7 codes? Would I simply need to break it up into multiple transactions to keep it under 7 codes at a time in the checkout cart?
