I am located in Germany…, is it possible to host meetings in Germany? How do users join my meeting (is that ‚dialing in‘)? Which tier would make that possible?
A: Thanks for your inquiry. You can host meetings anywhere users can join online, with no need for dial-in numbers. As stated in the AppSumo product description, dial-in numbers are only available from tiers 4 to 7 in the USA and Canada.

I am a little confused about the Tier 1 features. Appsumo says that Tier 1 features file transfer, while on the vivomeetings website, the basic plan does not offer file sharing. Can you confirm to me that Tier 1 supports file sharing? TIA, François

In the features description it says "Custom branding: Change the logo, background, and skin color (from Tier 5)" however in the Plan Selection drop down it list "Custom Branding" from Level 4 or 4 codes. Can you please clarify if the custom branding is available in Plan 4 and above?
Read my question, have a look at the Vivomeetings features description and note the two different levels referenced. Hence the reason for seeking clarification. You're welcome. Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by full custom branding. To avoid confusion, as I mentioned in my previous response, custom branding means modifying the logo, adding your icon, and adjusting the theme colors. That is what we advertise and state in the description; we did not say FULL custom branding.
