Q: Do you have a public roadmap available?
Hi,
Do you have a public roadmap available?
Is your product mature and ready for use? How long has "Waitlister" been in development?
Could you share some information about your team's background? I'm concerned about the risk of the app being abandoned, as has happened with some other startups.
Regarding features, does your platform include:
Cdn hosting?
Support for custom code?
Domain redirection (e.g., redirecting the www version)?
embed code for wordpress collect email >?like popup .
if not, will it add these feature?
Custom domain support? If so, how many custom domains are allowed on Tier 1 and Tier 4 plans?
Thank you!

Jun 23, 2025A: Hi there!
Thanks for the thoughtful questions.
We don't currently have a public roadmap, but Waitlister has been in active development since November 2024 (about 8 months). We've been serving paying customers since December with consistent uptime and regular feature updates. As a bootstrapped startup, we are personally committed to the long-term success of this product — it's our primary focus.
Regarding the specific features you mentioned:
- CDN hosting: Not currently offered
- Custom code support: Not currently offered
- Domain redirection (www): Not implemented on our side — you can add redirects on your domain provider's side.
- WordPress popup/embed: We offer embed codes, but not WordPress-specific popup functionality
- Custom domains: Yes, we support custom domains
Your questions about these specific features are noted! If enough users request features like CDN hosting, WordPress popups, or enhanced domain management, they'll move up our priority list.
Rather than building every possible feature upfront (which often leads to bloated, confusing products), we prioritize features based on user demand and feedback. This keeps us focused and ensures we're building what customers need.
