1) How many custom domains do we get with Plan 2?

2) Custom email marketing, is this with our own custom domain, or will it show a waitlister domain on any welcome emails etc?

3) What happens if we exceed 15,000 emails/month. Is it pay as you go, or what happens, in the case where we purchase a lifetime.
