I would use it for donations and if you can't make a donation with a credit card (without using paypal) it becomes a problem for me because some non-profits are against the use of paypal. I hope many will request it because for me it is essential to give meaning to the plugin. Thanks anyway for the work you have done so far.

I have added this request to the vote and meanwhile I hope you will consider trying other features available to you. I would like to clarify that:
Current Lifetime deal comes with unlimited QR codes and URL Shortener. All hosted on your server in full standalone app.
However the Unlimited Lifetime deal for unlimited installations was what I was referring to in my prior comments above.
As far as it goes for the SVG, it's on the list.
