Q: Android connection not working
Hello, I’ve been trying to contact support since yesterday but haven’t received a response.
The issue is that I’m unable to connect the tool using devices that run WhatsApp on Android. It only works with devices running iOS. I’ve tested it on three different phones for each platform, and I’ve confirmed that this is consistently happening.

It will be helpful to address the Android issue here, rather than just via email, considering the fact that some of us who are about to purchase are also using Android phones.
Does WbizTool only work on iOS devices? Do Android users have something to worry about?
The majority of our users are on Android, and we now have over 500 connected active devices. That’s why I shared specific troubleshooting steps via email—this appears to be a specific case rather than a broader Android-related problem. If Android itself were the issue, the product wouldn’t have seen this level of adoption.
