Q: Future Features, WhatsApp Safety & Message Limits on AppSumo Plans?

I just want to say that Wbiztool is amazing! šŸ”„ I was about to get the highest plan, but I noticed it doesn’t support **incoming messages**—such a shame! It’d be incredible if customers could send a message like ā€œprice listā€ and the system automatically replies with a PDF. Do you plan to add this feature in the future?

Another concern: is there a **risk of being banned by WhatsApp** when sending lots of messages? Since there’s no official Business API connection, how does your algorithm ensure account safety?

Finally, I’m interested in your AppSumo deal but worried about **message limits**. If they run out, are additional credit packages available? Or is it strictly pay-per-message? A higher AppSumo tier with more credits would be great!

A: We are looking into the incoming messages feature.
No risk of banning unless you start sending too many marketing & spammy messages, which anyways you shouldn't do. If you use it for transactional & updates messages which your customers also want, then you are good.
